1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and participating in the Telangana Model fashion competition ("Competition"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in the Competition.
These terms may be updated from time to time, and participants will be notified of significant changes via email or through our platform.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirements
- Participants must be between 16-35 years of age at the time of registration
- Participants under 18 years must have parent/guardian consent and supervision
- Guardian information is mandatory for participants under 18
2.2 Geographic Requirements
- Competition is open to residents of Telangana state only
- Participants must provide valid proof of residence if requested
- Town and district information must be accurate
2.3 General Requirements
- Only one registration per person is allowed
- Participants must provide valid mobile number and email address
- Professional models with existing contracts are not eligible
3. Registration Process
3.1 Registration Fee
- A non-refundable registration fee of ₹50 is required
- Payment must be completed through authorized payment gateways only
- Registration is not complete until payment is verified
3.2 Required Documents
- 4 recent photographs (clear, high-quality images)
- 1 video introduction (maximum 45 seconds)
- All media must be original and taken specifically for this competition
3.3 Verification Process
- Mobile number verification via OTP is mandatory
- All entries are subject to admin review and approval
- We reserve the right to reject entries that don't meet our standards
4. Competition Structure
4.1 Three-Level Competition
- Town Level: Local competition within your town
- District Level: Winners from town level compete at district level
- State Level: District winners compete for the state championship
4.2 Voting System
- Public voting through verified mobile numbers only
- Each mobile number can vote only once per participant
- Votes are verified through OTP system
- Fraudulent voting will result in disqualification
5. Content Guidelines
5.1 Acceptable Content
- All photos and videos must be decent and appropriate
- Content should reflect cultural values and sensitivity
- Professional or semi-professional quality is preferred
5.2 Prohibited Content
- Nudity or sexually explicit content
- Violence, hate speech, or discriminatory content
- Copyrighted material without permission
- Misleading or false information
6. Prizes and Recognition
- Prizes will be awarded at each level (town, district, state)
- Prize details will be announced before each competition phase
- Winners will be contacted directly for prize distribution
- Taxes on prizes, if applicable, are the responsibility of winners
7. Intellectual Property
- Participants retain copyright to their submitted content
- By participating, you grant us license to use your content for promotional purposes
- We may use your photos/videos in marketing materials, social media, and website
- Participants will be credited when their content is used
8. Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified for:
- Providing false or misleading information
- Engaging in fraudulent voting practices
- Submitting inappropriate or prohibited content
- Violating any of these terms and conditions
- Unsportsmanlike conduct or behavior
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal information is protected as per our Privacy Policy
- We use information only for competition purposes and communication
- Participants can request data deletion after competition ends
- We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
10. Limitation of Liability
- Participation is at your own risk
- We are not liable for technical issues, system failures, or lost votes
- We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the competition if necessary
- Our liability is limited to the registration fee paid
